Anchored Students: Winter Retreat Registration 2024
Please fill out the registration form in its entirety to register for Anchored Students Winter Retreat to Refreshing Mountain Retreat & Adventure Center in Stevens, PA. By registering using this form, you agree to pay the total amount in check (made payable to St. Paul's Youth) or cash, by the final payment date no later than Sunday, February 4, 2024.
Here's ALL the information we think that you could want at this time:
WHO can come on this trip? ANY 6th-12th grade student!
WHAT will we do? We're going to spend some time away together in the Pocono Mountains, hang out, have fun, sing some Jesus jams, play some games, hear some relevant teaching, have a camp fire, do some crazy adventure activities (maybe see some snow!) and of course, make some memories!
WHEN are we going? Friday February 23 (we'll leave at 4pm from the SOUTH END PARKING LOT in Ocean Grove, NJ where a charter bus will pick us up and drive us) and we'll come back on Sunday February 25th by the same charter bus company (around 12:30-1pm ish) but we'll make sure to keep all the parents posted!

WHY are we going on a Winter Retreat? Because they're so fun and we love spending time with you! Talk about a DEEP DIVE - wait until we get to this weekend. We're going to experience God and fun in ways that we haven't ever before. We just know you'll love it!
Will I be sharing a room? You betcha.
Will I get to choose who is in my room? Nope, but we promise you'll be with some pals!
What kinds of things to I need to pack? Don't worry, we'll send out a packing list to all registered participants!
How much does it cost? The total cost for the trip includes EVERYTHING. You do not need to bring one single dime with you! All food, transportation, activities, retreat materials, etc are included in the price. The total cost for the winter retreat is $205/student.
Can I make a payment plan? Of course! All final payments are due by Sunday February 4, 2024. But if you'd like to pay in parts, that's completely fine! TO HOLD YOUR SPOT you will need to make a $75 non-refundable deposit. THEN, you're free to make payments anytime you'd like up to the final payment date of 2/4/24.
Are there trip scholarships available if my family can't pay the entire cost? Absolutely. Please e-mail Megan at megan@oceangrove.church or Chris at Chris@oceangrove.church and let us know what you CAN pay and we're happy to scholarship the rest. DO NOT LET MONEY be the reason that you do not come on this retreat! Just communicate with us. We're happy to help!
