Contemporary Worship Director (Part-Time)
You think deeply about worship — theologically, creatively, musically — and you're ready to pour that into a community and a team. If that resonates, we'd love to meet you.
St. Paul's Ocean Grove Church is a congregation with a context unlike most: we gather indoors for 35 weeks a year and take worship outdoors to the boardwalk each summer for Beach Church. It's a dynamic, growing community, and our worship is central to everything we do.
We're looking for a collaborative, gifted worship leader to plan, coordinate, and lead our contemporary services — working closely with our pastors and tech team to create experiences that are theologically grounded and spiritually rich. This role also carries real creative ownership: you'll develop original music, disciple worship team members, and help shape the sound and spirit of our community.

Anchored Family Director (Part-Time)

St. Paul's Ocean Grove Church is a congregation with a context unlike most: we gather indoors for 35 weeks a year and take worship outdoors to the boardwalk each summer for Beach Church. It's a dynamic, growing community, and our Family Ministries are at the heart of it.
We're looking for someone relational, organized, and motivated to lead Anchored Kids (Nursery–5th Grade) and Anchored Students (6th–12th Grade) — providing pastoral care, equipping volunteers, and building a ministry culture where families thrive. The right person doesn't just manage programs; they invest in people and inspire a team to do the same.
