Grow deep with Jesus. Here are next steps for your journey of faith.

  • BAPTISM

    Baptism is a holy sacrament in The United Methodist Church. For us, it is a time of holiness. We understand that salvation is different from baptism. As United Methodists, we believe that when you accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior in your heart and you confess your sins, then you are saved. That’s it. The Bible is very clear about that. But we encourage you to become baptized because baptism is an outward sign of an inward change. That you have become a new creature.

  • PUBLIC PROFESSION OF FAITH (CONFIRMATION AND MEMBERSHIP)

    An individual's Profession of Faith is the defining moment in a new Christian's spiritual life and represents the recognition of the point of Justification (also known as Salvation) for all who put their trust in Jesus Christ. This outward profession of the inner belief that Jesus died to pay the price for his/her sin may be made at baptism, if the individual is able, at Confirmation, or another time as led by the Holy Spirit.

  • WORSHIP

    Make worship part of everyday. Worship reminds us that it's not about me. We live for a greater purpose. Worship connects me to God and, just as important, it connects me to you. Worship reminds us that:
    -in God's kingdom there are no boundaries or borders; that I am not alone;
    -I'm not the only person working on the harvest;
    -not only do we gather together but we are sent into our world together;
    -and most importantly that Jesus is the center of my life!

  • READ THE BIBLE IN A YEAR

    Starting January 1st or you can do it anytime. Here is a link to a reading plan. A simple class that surveys the entire Bible. It will provide a great basis for going deeper in your faith. Every follower of Jesus should read the Bible in its entirety at least once, but making Bible reading a part of your daily life helps. This will help develop the habit of daily Bible reading.
