Baptism or recommitment — which is you?
Both are real. Both matter. Here's the difference, plain and simple.
NEW IN CHRIST
Baptism
The sign and seal of God's grace: your welcome into the Body of Christ, for the rest of your life. You don't need to earn it or have your life together first, God does the claiming, not you. God’s promise doesn't wear off. Any age, any background, all are welcome, exactly as you are.
Buried with him through baptism, raised to walk in new life. -Romans 6:4
ALREADY BAPTIZED
Recommit
Already baptized, maybe as a baby, maybe years ago, maybe you don't even remember it? You don't need to be baptized again. That covenant was always God's to keep, not yours, and He never once let go of it, even when you may have walked away. Recommitment is coming home: your public yes to the God who never stopped waiting.
If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny who He is. -2 Timothy 2:13

What to expect
Wear
A modest, comfortable swimsuit under your clothes.
We provide
A shirt for you to be baptized or recommit in.
Bring
A towel, and a change of clothes, or plan to drip-dry through worship.

Rough surf or bad weather happens. If we need to make a call, we'll reach out as soon as we know — text, email, whatever you gave us below.

Before you leave the beach
You'll receive a certificate, a keepsake marking this moment. Our faithful God gave His only Son for your salvation, and He calls you, loves you, empowers you, and gives you life that never ends.
